who we are

THE TEAM MINDSET
I recognize it isn't easy having sensitive conversations and filling out legal paperwork with those we share a history and may stir our emotions. But it is possible.

Choosing mediation begins with changing our state of mind from litigious to collaborative. The efficiency of our teamwork relies on each individual to show up and demonstrate this strength.

I'm here to support your conversation and help navigate through the paperwork process to document your agreements.
NEUTRAL PARTY
I am a certified facilitative mediator trained by the Center of Dialog and Resolution practicum program. Simply, my role is to help clients navigate through necessary conversations to reach agreements on their own terms as a neutral third party in a confidential setting.
LEGAL EXPERIENCE
Professionally, I worked as a litigation paralegal overseeing a caseload of personal injury, contracts, invasion of privacy, discrimination, and family law. I was inspired by collaborative methods to build a mediation practice that also offers professional legal document preparation support for self-represented parties and those seeking peaceful alternatives to litigation.
EDUCATION & ASSOCIATIONS
I hold bachelor degrees in Public Relations and Sociology from Washington State University. I gained further tools in Cultivating Compassion Training developed by Stanford University and was certified as a mediator by the practicum training program at the Center for Dialog and Resolution. I am a proud member of the Washington Paralegal Association, and the American Bar Association.
