DIVORCE / SEPARATION

Includes:  Mediation and legal document preparation services regarding ending the marriage or domestic partnership through divorce or legal separation paperwork and, if applicable, establishing a parenting plan / residential schedule for minor children under Washington state laws.  

Notary available at Tacoma office.  Fees split 50/50 between parties unless otherwise agreed upon.  Excludes court filing fee.
