First things first.  Mediation is a voluntary process entered into by both parties. 

 

After requesting a mediation, an invitation is sent to the other party from Leeside Legal either by email or letter.  If they confirm, the mediation is scheduled.  The mediator will request payment at this time to both parties

If any party does not wish to participate in mediation at any time, the booking is cancelled.
