4. INTENT

Mediation provides a platform to discuss any concern in a confidential setting.  It also provides the opportunity to voice intentions.

Intentions are an important step to the process.  Intention is about the determination to act, not just say.  It provides the integrity to building peaceful relationships moving forward when we document agreements.
